Black Dog Club provides rescue, rehabilitation, and training for dogs pulled from high-kill, rural animal shelters. We focus these efforts towards black dogs in an attempt to save them from the dreaded "Black Dog Syndrome." We also focus our efforts on dogs that have a low probability of being adopted straight from the shelter including pets that are heartworm positive, pregnant, bonded pairs, and abuse cases. That being said, we open our arms to all animals regardless of species, breed, or color. We will provide a paw, claw, or hoof up to any animal in need.
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
Are you passionate about what we're doing? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We're excited to have you join the team!
